Our Full Service includes all of the traditional agent services,

This service is *$3,995 or 2.4% of the sales price, whichever is less.
This is for homes priced up to $200,000.  
We only get paid if your home sells.

For homes over $200,000 our portion of the commission is a low *2.4%

 * Our fee does not include compensation for buyer agents.
The buyer broker commission is 2.4%.

Your total commission could be as little as 2.4% or $3995 up to 4.8% for a sale where another agency is involved.
